Return Conditions

  • Customers must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Once approved by our support team, the return must be sent within 7 days.

Returnable Items:
To be eligible for return, products must:

  • Be in new and unused condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all labels, accessories, and any items originally included.
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear (including bras and panties)
  • Cosmetics and skincare products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable in the product description
  • Any product that does not meet the above criteria

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return:

      • The email address used for your purchase
  2. Choose Your Return Option:
    We offer four return options:

    Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Requirements: The item must be returned and received at our warehouse.
    • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is inspected.
    • Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These may vary based on your location and our warehouse location. We recommend using a track and trace service for your return.

    Option 2: Refund as Store Credit (100% Store Credit)

    • Requirements: The item must be returned to our warehouse.
    • Processing Time: Once the item is inspected, store credit is issued immediately.
    • Return Costs: As with Option 1, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, with this option, you will receive 120% of the item value as store credit—giving you extra value for your return.

    Option 3: Replacement for Defective or Incorrect Items

    • Requirements: Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
    • Return Request: The original item does not need to be returned.
    • Cost: There are no additional costs for this option.
    • Processing: A replacement will be sent once we confirm that the item is damaged or was delivered incorrectly.

    Important:

    • Do Not send items to the address listed on your package. Items sent there will not be accepted. We will email you the correct return address once your return request is approved.

Returns

We understand that returning items to our warehouse may be inconvenient, and we apologize for any difficulties this may cause. To streamline the process and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, please send all returns to the designated address provided by our support team.

Return Address Notice:

  • You will receive an email with the specific return address once your return request is approved.

Tracking:

  • We require that all return shipments are sent with a tracking service. This helps us ensure that your return reaches us safely.
  • Please note that if we do not receive the returned item at our warehouse, we are not obligated to issue a refund. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Processing of Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements

Refund to Original Payment Method:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take approximately 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store Credit:

  • If you choose to receive store credit, it will be issued immediately after the return is confirmed and inspected.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exchange:

  • If you request an exchange and it is approved, the replacement product will be shipped immediately.
  • We strive to ensure your new product is delivered as quickly as possible.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items:

  • For damaged or defective items, our team will confirm your request upon receiving the necessary details or photos, and then send a replacement product immediately.
  • Please note that timelines for refunds and replacements may vary on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect in size or color due to our error

We will replace it free of charge. Refunds are not provided for these cases.

Transport Damage:

  • If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, notify us within 14 days.
  • We will coordinate the return process and ensure you receive a replacement at no extra cost.

Incorrect Size/Color (Our Mistake):

  • If you receive an item in a different size or color than what you ordered due to our error, we apologize for the inconvenience and will send the correct item.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our returns process, please ensure that you:

  • Pack the Product Securely:
    Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Cover Return Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a track and trace service and marking the shipment as “RETURN” to ensure smooth processing and accurate tracking.

Policy Changes

Pickup Point & Refused Orders

If a delivery is refused or a parcel is not collected, the item will be returned to our warehouse. In these cases:

  • Partial Refund:
    You will receive a partial refund of 75% of the order value (with a minimum refund of £20), while 25% will be retained as a restocking fee.
  • Free Reshipment Option:
    Alternatively, you can opt for a free reshipment if you notify us within 15 days of receiving notification of the refused or unclaimed package.
